We help people buy land, homes and property investments in Abuja, with clear documents, honest pricing and site inspections before you pay.

Who we are

A real estate company built on trust

Landscape Global Realty Ltd is a real estate company incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 9720901) and based in Kuje, Abuja. We develop and sell estate land, and help clients find homes and property investments that fit their plans and budget.

Our current developments, Casterly Rock and Heritage Haven, are in Kuchiyako III, Kuje. Both come with proper documentation and are open for site inspection, so you can see the land for yourself before you buy.

Why we do this

When we started Landscape Global Realty, we had one simple idea: buying land in Nigeria should not feel like a gamble. Too many people have paid for plots they never saw, or for papers that did not hold up. We set out to change that.

Our vision is to make owning property something every family can plan for with confidence. That means land with clear title, estates with real infrastructure, prices you can see upfront, and a team you can visit and call.
